James R. Stout has both jury and bench trial experience, and is a member of the Nevada, Arizona, and California State Bars, and has been practicing law for over 13 years.
Mr. Stout graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Mr. Stout earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was an Editor for Law Review and graduated in the top 20%. Mr. Stout is a former insurance adjuster, and a former licensed insurance and securities broker. Mr. Stout is a LEED Acredited Professional, for certifying green buildings. Mr. Stout also has significant experience as coverage counsel representing insurance companies and writing coverage opinions.
